Yağmur AKTAN graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law and has been specializing in intellectual property law and copyright since the beginning of her career.

Prior to joining INVOKAT, she served as a legal consultant at companies and law firms operating in the field of intellectual property, taking an active role in the strategic management of national and international trademark and design portfolios.

Her areas of expertise include the preparation and management of trademark and design applications, the development of litigation strategies, licensing, and contract law. At INVOKAT, she currently manages business development processes, focusing on strengthening client relations, structuring new service models, and contributing to the company's strategic growth targets.

She is a member of the "IP and Sustainability" committee within the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and the Robotics & AI Law Society (RAILS).

She is fluent in English and has intermediate proficiency in German.
